Jalil Green Run project sub-committee meeting on 12-10-2008.

- Project sub-committee Chairman speech. At the beginning of meeting, Taman
Bukit Jalil Green Run sub-committee Chairman Jimmy Tang Chee Choon welcome everybody
to come to this morning Bah Kut Teh breakfast at Teluk Pulai, Klang. and attend our Taman Bukit Jalil Green Run project
sub-committee meeting.
- Change the name of the project. Since there are
muliple sponsor for the run, it is better to name it as “Taman
Bukit Jalil Green Run”.
- Routing
confirmation: Open run
route has been identified by Jimmy Tang Chee Choon. The run start from
back door, gate C/ gate 3 instead of front door, gate b/gate 2 to avoid
public crowd and
traffic jam. It is safer and easy to control the
participants. It is slightly shorter distant and it is exactly 10 km.
- Letter of sponsorship. Letter of sponsorship has not been prepared by Chan Weng Kwai. He
will arrange Letter of appointment from Seri Sinar appointing us as
event organiser to organise Taman Bukit Jalil Green Run. He will use
Seri Sinar letter head to issue the following letters:
a) Cheras Police Station for
Police permit to hold
Taman Bukit
Jalil Green Run.
b) Jalan Bandar Trafic Police Dept for consent to
use public road/highway for running.
c) DBKL for consent to use Taman
Bukit Jalil for holding Bukit Jalil Green Run.
d) New
Balance for sponsorship.
e)
Public for sponsorship.

Prices & Medal.
No Cash Prize will be given.
Only Cash Voucher from sponsor will be given. This is to avoid participant
with cash motive.
1st, 2nd
and 3rd trophy will only given to category A, B, C and D.
Finishing Medal will be given to Category A, B, C, D and E. Family run will
receive a memorial plate.
7. Project Budget/Costing. Taman Bukit Jalil Green Run has been budgeted at RM 59,000.00.
